After placing your order, we aim to prepare and manufacture it within 3-5 business days. The order is then promptly dispatched using a tracked service through one of our preferred delivery partners.

RETURNS
All of our wall stickers are designed and printed to order. Regrettably, we are unable to refund or exchange requests under any circumstances. In the event that your wall stickers arrive marked or damaged, kindly retain all packaging and promptly reach out to us at creativeprintingsolutionsltd@gmail.com for assistance.
Given the technical nature of the wall sticker printing process, occasional errors may occur. We urge you to thoroughly inspect the stickers before applying it to your walls. Should you discover any flaws, please contact us before installation, and we will promptly replace the wall stickers at no additional cost.
Creative Printing Solutions liability for any fault or defect in the product is limited to the value of, not exceeding the purchase price of the specific goods. Following the installation instructions provided is crucial for optimal results. Customers are responsible for inspecting the product before installation. We do not reimburse for re-installation costs or faulty installations.
CANCELLATIONS
Wall Sticker orders undergo processing and are sent to production within 24 hours of your payment completion, as they are printed to order. If you discover an error, please promptly email creativeprintingsolutionsltd@gmail.com for immediate assistance. However, if your order has already entered the printing phase, we regret to inform you that cancellations or amendments are not possible. This includes changes to shipping addresses.
We cannot be held responsible for any outdated or incomplete shipping addresses input or any auto-fill settings on your device. Nevertheless, we encourage you to contact us at creativeprintingsolutionsltd@gmail.com, and we will make every effort to assist you within our capabilities.
